VMware Tanzu Operations Manager (OpsMan)
OpsManager upgrade fails on AWS with EBS volume encryption via OM CLI - During Upgrade a new VM is initially created as 8GB and then resized (200 GB default). If Amazon EBS encrypted volume is enabled, upgrade of OpsManager VM via om-cli stops with error.
Scheduler v1.6.3+ push-apps errand failing - Scheduler Component - When upgrading Scheduler tile to v1.6.3+, deploy-scheduler errand fails with error message. Resolution mentioned in the KB article.
What happens when you hit Ops Manager tokens expiration API endpoint - To get an idea on what is happening during the when hitting PUT api/v0/uaa/tokens_expiration, check the details in this KB article.
VMware Tanzu Application Services for VM (TAS)
Issue with log rate limits in TAS 2.13.20 & 2.13.21- There is a known issue with Apps Manager in TAS 2.13.20 and 2.13.21 where the Apps Manager requires the fields for log rate limiting, but the CAPI is not able to handle that field. TAS 2.13.22 is now available fixing this issue.
Upgrade to 2.13.20 is failing with no space left on device- When trying to install TAS version 2.13.20 and Cloud Controller VM is one of the types having a 32 GB disk (Eg: xlarge), you may see the error during upgrade that indicates the disk got filled up. R&D is still investigating. Workaround is in the KB article.
VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG)
CSI: Correct sync between CSI pod secret and workload_storage_management user password (87375) - VMware engineering teams are currently working to RCA this issue. If you run into this issue, please open a case with VMware support and include a Workload Management Log bundle. The password sync for workload_storage_management user between the Supervisor Cluster and the vCenter is the root cause of this failure. Workaround in this KB should be performed with support engineer guidance.
VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid Integrated (TKGI)
How to rotate bosh-dns certificates leaf in TKGI 1.9+ using maestro (88187) - This procedure can be used to rotate the bosh-dns leaf certificates, which are all signed by the CA /opsmgr/bosh_dns/tls_ca
How to restore the original scope authorities for uaa admin in tkgi (91947) - When manipulating the scope authorities for the uaa admin account used by TKGI, you may have inadvertently assigned a wrong scope to the uaa admin account, that may prevent to run any uaac command while using uaa admin account
Connect-VIServer failed with "command was found in the module VMware.VimAutomation.Core, but the module could not be loaded" - PowerCLI is a collection of PowerShell Modules to manage VMware infrastructure. It is not fully supported In TKGI v1.10, which could cause mount issues of persistent volumes to the worker node with CBT enabled. So, we can use PowerCLI to disable CBT in the worker vm. Check the KB article for the details.

Application Live View showing status 403 error on GUI after upgrading to TAP 1.5 - "status 403" error shows up when displaying Application Live View after upgrading to Tanzu Application Platform (TAP) 1.5. The KB article has the resolution details.
