VMware Tanzu Application Platform (TAP)
Seeing "No auth provider available for 'https://gitlab.xxx', see https://backstage.io/link?scm-auth" error when generating the accelerator on Tanzu Developer Portal - This is a known issue happening in current TAP versions and will be fixed in TAP 1.8.2. 

The challenge is in pending status with an error "failed to change Route 53 record set: WebIdentityErr: failed to retrieve credentials" - When referencing Creating-an-issuer-or-clusterissuer - Route53, it's necessary to configure an IAM Role and the trust policy.  Check the article for the configuration details.

VMware Tanzu Application Service (TAS)
Cloud controller requests. Outstanding metric is stuck - There is a known behavior with cloud_controller when stopped/killed in the middle of handling requests this metric would get stuck. Check the article for resolution details.

Utilizing credhub for ipsec certificates - How can I utilize Credhub for the IPSec bosh addon's certificates?. Check the article for instructions and steps.

NCP on Diego database fails at pre-start due to "vmware_nsxlib.v3.exceptions.ServiceClusterUnavailable” - During NCP pre-start, it will create pre-configured ipblocks and ippools if they do not exist on NSX-T yet. Check the article for details on the checklist.

VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG)
Procedure below provides the reasons and the steps how to preserve the Client IP when passing between the AVI and contour to the endpoint (96894) - When TKGm is configured with AVI and contour package, Some applications require to have information about the client who is reaching the endpoint. To enable proxy protocol on both AVI and contour, the steps are outlined in this article. 

Tanzu Kubernetes Cluster Upgrade Stuck - EtcdMemberHealthy condition is unknown (96695) - Tanzu Kubernetes Grid uses an open source component called ClusterAPI (CAPI). On the Management cluster, if the controller cannot get etcd status then it will not proceed and the reconcile and the control planes will be stalled indefinitely. Check the article for details on resolution.
