VMware Tanzu Operations Manager (Ops Man)
- Stemcell upload issue with CPI error "execution expired" - This article explains how to troubleshoot a stemcell upload problem when the Apply changes fail with this error.
VMware Tanzu Application Service for VMs (TAS)
- "No data" issue shown for bosh-director-health on healthwatch 2.x due to the ID issue of p-bosh-GUID - Prior to Ops Manager 1.8.4, the BOSH product had an ID of p-bosh-GUID. After OM 1.8.4, new installations had an ID of just p-bosh. Check KB for workaround and resolution details.
VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid Integrated (TKGI)
- TKGi cannot get clusters from TKGI: Status: 422 Plan xxxxxx not found (91093) - This error happens when trying to get tkgi clusters using TKGi CLI or TKGi Management-Console Clusters tab. Check KB article for resolution details.
VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG)
- Manually Synchronize WCP Roles (91177) - This KB will provide steps to add back the required Roles to vCenter for WCP service to operate normally. Applicable for both VMware vSphere 8.0 with Tanzu and vSphere 7.0 with Tanzu
- Failed to get available workloads: invalid character '<' looking for beginning of value (91084) - Problem is seen when login to TKGs clusters. Check KB article for impacts and resolution.
- How To Inject Custom CA Certificates to a Shared Services Harbor Deployment (91186) - In some instances users may be required to trust a custom certificate authority for the harbor pod components i.e. core, jobservice, registry, and trivy. Check the KB article on the steps.
- How to Scale Tanzu Kubernetes Grid Control Plane and Worker Nodes Vertically (91164) - Vertical scaling may be necessary if you observe that resource utilization on your worker or control plane nodes is consistently high. Check KB article on resolution steps.
